Data Management for Tier II, Form R Threshold and Release Calculations

Even though the Environmental Reporting Module has menu options that allow a customer to electronically input inventory information or to manually enter the data, sometimes a customer still needs help. At LOGICAL, we understand that working within a customer's Information Technology or Purchasing Department to integrate their inventory data into the software is more about "relationships of people" than "relational data".

LOGICAL can work with your Purchasing and Materials Departments
to compile inventory data for environmental reporting.

Over the years, LOGICAL has developed custom procedures and practices to work within a customer's infrastructure to periodically obtain electronic data that will be turned into SARA Tier II Reports and EPCRA Form R Reports. When new materials are introduced into the production process, LOGICAL works with you to obtain the MSDS and add the new stock information into HAZMIN.

LOGICAL's service goes beyond receiving the electronic data files from you and importing the data into the software. LOGICAL also does the "due diligence" to evaluate the data for the environmental reporting requirements. LOGICAL can even generate the final environmental reports for your corporate signature.

At LOGICAL, we use HAZMIN just as our customer's would use HAZMIN. Many times it is our own usage of HAZMIN that leads to many improvements in reporting features. Those enhancements are then passed on to the customers as updates to the software.
