LOGICAL releases software updates
semi-annually. Updates include changes recommended by customers
as well as changes needed for regulatory compliance. Complete
documentation is provided on line with all updates.
For software customers, all updates are included with Maintenance and Support.
Twelve (12) months of Maintenance and Support is provided with the acquisition of the
software. Thereafter, customers may continue to receive Maintenance and Support by
paying the annual Maintenance and Support fees. For customers who have selected
LOGICAL's annual Licensing program, Maintenance and Support
are included in the annual Licensing fees.
For online customers, all updates are included with annual fees. Online customers
are notified via email when updates are posted.
