Training focuses on implementation, not just keystrokes.

While any software company can provide support for how to use the keystrokes to use the software, LOGICAL tries to be the exceptional software company that provides training for how to utilize the software to meet your site or corporate objectives. LOGICAL wants to learn your specific needs and then customize training to help you meet those needs.

From taming the flow of paper MSDSs through tracking hazardous material usage and disposal, Logical Technology will work with you to decide what information must be collected and how it needs to be collected to run your desired reports. Logical Technology will then work with you to implement any necessary systems or get the information from existing systems.

To help you best utilize HAZMIN®, most LOGICAL software is provided with on-site installation and training. You are only requested to pay travel and housing. When additional training is required, LOGICAL is available to come back on-site, or you may always come to LOGICAL's offices.

Most LOGICAL users will rarely require any software training. The HAZCOM features of the software have been designed for true ease-of-use.

LOGICAL fully realizes that circumstances change, key people move on, or sometimes you just need a little help. For LOGICAL to be successful, LOGICAL software must be successful at each or our customers installations. Since 1986, LOGICAL has always helped our customers become successful by never charging customers for training in Peoria.

Even when it comes to the more advanced features of the software, like HAZMIN®'s Environmental Reporting and the Material Process Control Modules, the training is rarely about keystrokes. The keystrokes and software options are all covered in the context-sensitive Help and you can always call Customer Support if you have a keystroke question. Instead, LOGICAL's software training is usually focused on working with you to determine how to best utilize the software to meet your specific goals and requirements. That is the most important type of software training.
