LOGICAL Customer Support is available 24x7 to answer any questions that you may have about using the software. While you may never need help during off-shift times, we hope it's reassuring to know that help is only a phone call away.

LOGICAL provides unlimited phone support for all active HAZMIN® Online Customers. In the event that an online customer cannot reach the Internet, the phone support includes an MSDS Support Hot Line and MSDS Fax-Back service.

For software customers, LOGICAL provides unlimited phone support from the date the software is shipped. Thereafter, customers may continue to receive Maintenance and Support by paying the annual Maintenance and Support fees. For customers who have selected LOGICAL's annual Licensing program, phone support is included in the annual Licensing fees
