HAZMIN® Software Customization

Branding

HAZMIN® can be "branded". Branding allows your company logo appear in place of the HAZMIN® logo and your corporate color scheme to replace LOGICAL's default colors. Branding software increases acceptability by the casual user.

Terminology

All HAZMIN® "terms" can be customized to match the customer's in-house terminology. If you want to change "HAZMIN Number" to your "Company Number". Change it. If you have "SKU's" or "Part Numbers" instead of "Stock Numbers", change it in the software. For example, if you are a hospital and you want to call your "Locations", "Wards". Change it one and it will be changed throughout the entire software. Like "Branding". the flexibility will increases acceptability by the casual user.

Customized MSDS Search

HAZMIN® customers can select from four different MSDS Search styles for Right-To-Know users. Some search style can be further customized by selecting what search criteria are available to the Right-To-Know users. By matching the best MSDS Search style to your casual user, you can implement the best solution for your users.

Customer-Defined MSDS Search Terms

Multiple customer-defined search terms can easily be added to an MSDS. If you want to add a Keyword or Synonym, just add them to the software. If you want to call them something else, feel free to call them something else. In a multi-facility implementation of HAZMIN®, each facility can have their own facility-defined MSDS search terms.

Language

With the optional, multi-lingual implementation of HAZMIN®, you can easily provide multi-lingual MSDSs and multi-lingual search pages for your users. When a user searches for and MSDS, for example, in the Spanish search pages, the Spanish MSDS will be displayed. Whereas, a users searching in the English search pages would see an English MSDS. With the flexibility of the software you can add any number of languages.

HAZMIN®OnLine Implementations

Customers who subscribe to HAZMIN®OnLine BASIC and Self-Serve services do not have all of the options listed above. Those customers do have the very important option to add customer-specific search terms to an MSDS which only that customer can see. Other span class="green">HAZMIN®OnLine customers can take advantage of the customization listed above.
